Sponsors

Thank you for considering sponsorship of the RDU Code Camp (http://www.codecamp.org), in Raleigh, NC. This event is being organized by the Triangle .NET User Group (http://trinug.org), and hosted at ECPI. In order to make this event successful, we need your support.

Event Overview

Code Camp is a free, one-day learning event focused on Microsoft .NET and related software development technologies. This is an all-volunteer event organized by the community and for the community. This event will host up to 180 software developers and technical professionals as well as 20 presenters. The Raleigh-Durham area has a vibrant and internationally renowned business environment and technology community.

With your help, we'll be able to provide the following:

  • breakfast items for attendees
  • lunch for attendees
  • snacks (soda, water, coffee, cookies) throughout the day
  • event t-shirts for all attendees (with your logo included if you're a Gold or Platinum sponsor)
  • door prizes
  • host a speakers dinner the evening prior to the event for our voulenteers

Sponsorship Strategy

We have defined several sponsorship levels to allow sponsors easy access to the event and that provide increasing levels of exposure.

Most sponsor levels provide a table for company marketing information and personnel. The higher level sponsorships allow additional attendee exposure via email notices and contact information.

All sponsor levels must provide one raffle prize with a value of at least $100. Attendees will be able to drop their name into a raffle box for your provided prize. This works out quite well as an icebreaker for our Silver level and above sponsors who opt to have a display table at our event.  The more interesting your prize, the more traffic your representitives usually get.

Note that all items used for display or distributing to attendees should be sent at least one week before the event. All fees must be paid in advance.

To sponsor the event, please use our Sponsor Registration Form or contact the sponsor coordinator using the email listed below. We will follow up with you by email to review everything and provide an invoice.
